Stone Cutting & Fabrication Tools

Professional-grade blades, core bits, and equipment for granite, marble, quartzite, engineered stone, and sintered materials.

Stone Tile

Stone fabrication requires the right combination of blade type, bond strength, and equipment power. Different stones vary in hardness, density, and composition — and using the wrong tool can lead to overheating, slow cuts, excessive wear, or surface damage.

Below you'll find recommended tools based on stone type and application.

Calcium Based Stones

These are softer stones that are sensitive to acids and staining. They tend to scratch, etch and stain easily so are not recommeneded for kitcehn applications. Most often used for vanities, furniture, and floors.

White Carrara Marble

White Carrara Marble

Soft natural stone known for elegant veining patterns.

Black Marble w/fossils

Black Marble w/fossils

Calcium-based stone with smooth texture and subtle tone.

Honey Onyx

Honey Onyx

Porous stone with warm color variation and texture.

Silica based stones

These are much harder stones formed deep in the Earth under tremendous heat and prussure. They can be fabricated with the same tools used on granite but their abrasiveness tends to wear them out quicker. They must be wet polished only, as the resin will burn. Some drawbacks are that tehy are not UV resistant and can warp or break if exposed to extreme heat. Repairs are a challenge and may void any warrenty.

Iron Red

Iron Red

Dense natural stone with deep red tones and subtle black mineral movement.

Baltic Brown

Baltic Brown

Rich brown granite featuring circular mineral patterns and natural depth.

Volga Blue

Volga Blue

Dark granite with striking blue and silver mineral highlights throughout.

Engineered Stone

These materials are man-made and very similar to porcelain. Made up mostly of quarts and glass they are very difficult to fabricate. Due to extreme hardness, many new diamond tools have been created to handle these types of materials.

Capri Limestone by Silestone

Capri Limestone by Silestone

Quartz-based surface inspired by natural limestone tones.

Verona Protofino Agglomerated Marble

Verona Protofino Agglomerated Marble

Engineered marble blend with consistent structure and pattern.

Sintered Stone

Sintered Stone

Ultra-compact surface formed under extreme heat and pressure.
